Superfusionlab is an RIBA Chartered architectural practice based in London, run by Lida Charsouli and Nathaniel Kolbe. The principles of the firm practiced in internationally renowned offices working on a variety of projects from furniture and high-rise towers to museums and department stores before establishing Superfusionlab. They have taught in Universities worldwide as well as exhibited their work extensively, including the Institute of Contemporary Art and the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition.

Competition wins include an Honourable Mention for the Queen's Park Arena in Glasgow and short-listing for the Bexhill on Sea Shelter Competition. The practice's built projects' portfolio is increasing by the year, ranging from single dwellings and shops to large developments. Superfusionlab was long-listed for the Young Architect of the Year Award 2011 for the second year in a row.

 
 
   
  Lida Charsouli is a registered Architect in the United Kingdom and in Greece and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). Following her graduation form the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece and the ETSAB in Barcelona, she continued her studies in London at the Architectural Association DRL earning a Master in Architecture and Urbanism.

She worked for eight years for the offices of Zaha Hadid Architects, Future Systems and Grimshaw London and New York before joining Superfusionlab full-time as a partner. Her projects include the Wolfsburg Science Centre in Germany, the Marni stores in New York, Paris and Kuwait, fit-outs in Selfridges Birmingham and Selfridges Oxford Street and large transport rail and airport projects.

She has been a visiting lecturer at the Architectural Association and the University of East London for the last 10 years and a part-time Lecturer at the London Metropolitan University in 2009.

  Nathaniel Kolbe

has been a Unit Master at the Architectural Association (AA) in London for 8 years, and a part-time Lecturer at London Metropolitan University in the Post-Graduate School for 3 years. Following his graduation from the University of Colorado and an MArch in Architecture and Urbanism at the AA, he worked in London before establishing Superfusionlab.

He has worked on a series of projects that include the Louis Vuitton pavilion in Tokyo, various residences in London including small scale furniture and the TV and Sightseeing Tower in Guangzhou, China.

In parallel with teaching at the AA, since 2001 he has been a guest lecturer in the Landscape and Urbanism course at the AA, University of Belgrade, University of Cambridge, London Metropolitan University, Nottingham University, University of Creative Arts Canterbury, the University of East London, University of Nebraska and the University of Pennsylvania. He taught at the Architectural Association Visiting School in Sydney in 2011. Nate was awarded the RIBA Bronze Medal Tutor Award in 2003 and the SOM Tutor Prize in 2006.

Djordje Stojanovic is working with Superfusionalab on commissions and speculative projects, in association with his practice 4of7. He currently holds the position of Associate Professor at the University of Belgrade.
