Superfusionlab undertook the sketch design for the Viestura Park by the River mixed-use development.

The corner bordering the bridge and the intersection with Viestura Street and Pernava Street is an important focal point both for urban issues of the making of a city as well as identification purposes of entry and arrival of the development.

With a strong edge on Viestura street and the soft edge of the river on the far side, the building extends toward the river allowing the landscaping to come back up toward the hotel and spa interior.
