A new component will occupy the available space in-between two existing assets on the site, the 1989 Extension and the Grade II Listed building.

The design strategy is formed toward enhancement of architectural expression found at the location. Our aim is to provide a building as a part of the compact urban block, while maintaining maximum identity for each component added through time.

Expansion of the public space into the museum building and creation of more appealing entrance lobby is our second principal objective. Creation of the internal street, as a connection between Chester Walk and Clarence Street provides access from two sides.
