The Grade II listed building in the heart of Mayfair was in great need of a complete refurbishment in line with English Heritage and Westminster Planning guidelines. The four-storey house includes a basement and a small loft mezzanine. Mews houses were originally used for stables and back of house support functions, while now they form quiet spots in the busy centre.
